Lylia gains power from Gloom, increasing her Movement Speed by 15%. Each Gloom upgrade further increases this bonus by 5%. Gloom gains an upgrade each time he devours Shadow Energy, up to 5 times. Higher levels increase the detonation damage of Shadow Energy.

Lylia sends out Gloom with a shockwave, dealing 250 (+100% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies in a line and slowing them by 30% for 1.5s. If Gloom touches Shadow Energy, he will devour and detonate it.

Use Lylia's 2nd Skill multiple times to cover a large area with Shadow Energy, then detonate a chain reaction with her 1st Skill. Continue to spam Lylia's 2nd Skill and detonate with Gloom to quickly set off multiple explosions at once. When in danger, use Lylia's Ultimate to return to safety and recover.
Lylia counters Tank heroes without Blink skills, such as Carmilla and Hylos, who cannot easily escape Gloom's AOE range and are more susceptible to Lylia's high sustained damage.
Since most of Lylia's damage comes from detonating her 2nd Skill, but setting up Gloom can be quite slow, nimble Assassins like Nolan and Ling counter Lylia as she'll have a tough time hitting them.
Lylia excels in prolonged battles, and works well with heroes with strong CC, like Franco and Minotaur.
