1. The service
Propublic Academy provides esports tournaments, a paid learning community (courses and webinars), and coaching services. By creating an account or registering for an event you agree to these terms.
2. Tournaments
- Entry fees are payable as instructed on each event page; a slot is confirmed only after payment is verified.
- Teams must follow each event's published rules; cheating, smurfing, or unsportsmanlike conduct leads to disqualification without refund.
- Match results entered by tournament staff are final.
3. Memberships
- Memberships grant access to paid courses and members-only webinars for the purchased period (default 30 days).
- Memberships are personal — sharing accounts or redistributing course content is prohibited.
- Payments are processed by Xendit. Fees are non-refundable once a membership period has started, except where required by law.
4. Coaching
- Booking requests are confirmed only after our approval and payment.
- Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the session.
- If we cancel and can't reschedule, you receive a full refund.
5. Content
Course materials, reviews, and webinar recordings are our intellectual property and are for personal use by the purchasing member only. Replays and materials you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to use them to deliver feedback and coaching.
6. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
