When you create an account, register a team, purchase a membership, or book coaching, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, WhatsApp number, team and player names, and links you submit (such as game replays). If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your name, email address and account ID from that service. We don't receive your password there, and we don't post or message anything on your behalf.
If you fill in a form on one of our landing pages without creating an account, we store the name, email address, WhatsApp number and goal you gave us, plus how you reached the page (the campaign tags in the link and the site you came from). We use it only to reply to you about Propublic and to understand which campaigns work. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else. Ask us and we delete it.
Payments are processed by Xendit. We never see or store your card numbers, e-wallet credentials, or bank login details. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, its amount, and an invoice reference.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the platform (payment processing, email delivery, hosting).
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
You can update your name and password from your account page. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact us at support@propublic.gg or via WhatsApp at +62 812-3456-7890.
