Refund Policy

1. Memberships

• A membership starts when payment is confirmed and runs for the purchased period.
• Once a period has started it is not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• Charged twice, or charged without getting access? Contact us and we refund the extra charge in full.

2. Coaching and VOD reviews

• You only pay after we approve your booking.
• If we cancel your session and cannot reschedule it, you get a full refund.
• You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. A no-show forfeits the session.
• If a paid review is never delivered, you get a full refund.

3. Pro Signatures

• A signature is delivered within 7 days of payment.
• If the pro cannot deliver, you get a full refund. No questions.
• Once the comment is posted and proof is delivered, the purchase is complete and not refundable.

4. Tournament entry fees

• If we cancel an event, every paid entry is refunded in full.
• If your team is not accepted into the bracket, your entry fee is refunded in full.
• Withdrawing after registration closes, or a disqualification under the event rules, is not refundable.

5. Tips and player sessions

• Tips to players are gifts and not refundable.
• If a paid Play With session never happens because the host cancels or does not show, you get a full refund.

6. How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Xendit (QRIS, e-wallets, bank transfer, cards). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank or wallet.

7. How to request one

Use the contact form or email support@propublic.gg. Give the email address you paid with and what the payment was for. We answer within 2 business days.
