Hold the Basic Attack button to enter the Swordout state and charge Sword Intent. Once fully charged, release it to perform a Swordout Slash in the direction she's facing and dash forward, dealing (+215% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies on the path (counts as skill damage and is reduced to 50% against minions and creeps). Benedetta can only cast Swordout Slash when her Sword Intent is full and she is in the Swordout state. Benedetta also gains Sword Intent by dealing damage with her Basic Attacks and skills.

Benedetta withdraws swiftly and leaves a shadow in front. After a short delay, her shadow slashes forward in a fan-shaped area, dealing 200 (+75% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and slowing the enemies by 60% for 0.5s. →→→In the laning phase, gather Sword Intent by holding Benedetta's Basic Attack button, then use Swordout Slash after Sword Intent is maxed to strike the enemy. Follow up with her 1st Skill and try to max out Sword Intent again by blocking the enemy's attack with her 2nd Skill, then end the combo with another Swordout Slash.
Benedetta's 2nd Skill can effectively block enemy CC, making her a great counter to heroes with predictable CC skills, such as Jawhead and Guinevere.
Benedetta is countered by heroes with skills that shutdown mobility skills, such as Minsitthar and Phoveus, since all of Benedetta's skills are considered mobility.
Benedetta works well with strong CC initiators, like Johnson and Gatotkaca, because they allow her to maximize the effects of her Ultimate.
